Right as Q4 Hiring Opens
The Reality
"You did everything right.
The degree. The internship.
The applications.

And still. Silence."

The job market for new graduates has fundamentally changed. A resume and a LinkedIn profile are no longer enough to get through the door. Stand out in the room.

Employers don't want another applicant. They want someone who has already proven they can build, think, and lead. The gap between what graduates have and what employers want has never been wider.

This program exists to close that gap. In 12 weeks.

73%
of new graduates report their job search taking significantly longer than expected, with most submitting 200+ applications before a meaningful response.
68%
of hiring managers say new grad candidates lack real-world evidence of what they can build or deliver. Not just what they studied.
82%
of early career professionals say they took their first role primarily to have income, not because it aligned with where they actually wanted to go.
91%
of graduates who land competitive Bay Area startup roles have a portfolio, project, or product they can point to as proof of their abilities.
Why June 9

You won't just be ready.
You'll be ready at exactly
the right moment.

The cohort is designed to end in September on purpose. Bay Area hiring slows in summer and surges again in Q4 as companies race to fill roles before year end.

You will finish with a built MVP, a clear story, and an active strategy at exactly the moment employers are actively looking. That timing is not a coincidence. It's the design.

The One Who Did
Everything Right

You did everything right. The degree, the internship, the LinkedIn optimizations, the tailored cover letters. You've sent 200 applications and heard back from three. Every rejection, or worse every silence, chips away at something you're not ready to name yet.

You're not lazy. You're not unqualified. The system just wasn't designed to see what you're actually capable of. We built this for you.

the Wrong Door

The One Looking for
Proof, Not Credentials

You've interviewed a hundred new grads this year. You can tell in the first five minutes. Most of them can talk about what they studied. Almost none can show you what they've built.

You're not looking for credentials. You're looking for proof. Our graduates arrive with an MVP, a story, and the ability to execute from day one. Let's talk.

What You Get

Three things.
All of them real.

Not frameworks. Not worksheets. Not a certificate. Three tangible outcomes that change how you show up and how employers see you.

01
Radical
Clarity

You will know exactly who you are professionally, what you uniquely offer, and where you're headed. You'll be able to say it with conviction in any room.

  • A professional identity you own completely
  • A defined target: role, company type, market
  • A 60-second story that opens doors
  • Confidence that doesn't depend on external validation
02
A Real
MVP

You will build something from scratch that solves a real problem. Not a school project. Not a mockup. Something you're proud to put in front of anyone. It proves you can execute.

  • A product, tool, or solution you built and own
  • Validated against a real-world problem
  • Shipped. Not just designed or planned.
  • Portfolio-ready and employer-facing
03
Active
Momentum

You will leave with a strategy already in motion. Not a document in a folder. Real conversations started. Real opportunities in the pipeline.

  • Targeted outreach strategy. Not mass applications.
  • 5–10 meaningful professional conversations started
  • A LinkedIn presence that reflects who you actually are
  • Embedded in the Bay Area startup ecosystem
How It Works

12 weeks.
Three chapters.
One transformation.

Each month has a focus, a rhythm, and a deliverable. You're never just showing up. You're always building toward something real.

The Weekly Rhythm
90 min
Live group coaching session each week, in person in the Bay Area. Plus async community, peer accountability, and three 1:1 milestone check-ins over the 12 weeks.
The Timing
June 9
Starts right after graduation season. Ends September 1. Demo Day September 2 — when Bay Area Q4 hiring opens. You finish ready at exactly the right moment.
Month One
Weeks 1–4
Foundation & Identity

Who are you professionally? Really. We strip away the resume version and build something more honest and more powerful. You'll define your unique value, choose your target, and learn to communicate both with conviction. You'll also select the real-world problem your MVP will solve.

Deliverable: Clarity Document + Problem Selection
Month Two
Weeks 5–8
Build & Ship

This is where most programs talk. We build. You'll go from idea to working MVP, validated against real users, iterated in public, and shipped by the end of the month. Weekly milestones keep you moving. The cohort keeps you honest.

Deliverable: Live MVP. Built, Tested, Shipped.
Month Three
Weeks 9–12
Launch & Land

Now you have something to show and a story to tell. We build your outreach strategy, your portfolio narrative, and your LinkedIn presence. Then activate it. You leave week 12 with real conversations already in motion and momentum you can feel.

Deliverable: Active Strategy + 5–10 Conversations Started

This program is a direct derivative of the Airaea Leadership Academy, an invitation-only 18-week leadership development experience for mid-level and senior professionals. Individual coaching through Airaea is $2,500 per month. The Leadership Academy will be priced at $30,000 when it opens to a broader cohort.

The Builder Cohort takes the same methodology: the inner work, the real-world challenges, the safe-to-fail environments, the high standards and applies it to the beginning of your career. The founding cohort price is $6,000. It will not be the price of the second cohort.

You're not getting a junior version. You're getting the same philosophy, the same presence, the same standards with a curriculum rebuilt specifically for where you are right now.

This is what I wish had existed when I was starting out. The founding cohort shapes everything that comes after it. The people in this room become the proof of concept and the origin story of something that will outlast all of us.

Investment

An investment that
should cost more.
Priced this way on purpose.

Individual coaching with us is $2,500 a month. The Builder Cohort is three months of the same methodology, a built MVP, a peer cohort, and direct access to the Bay Area startup ecosystem. All for $6,000. The gap between those two numbers is intentional. It exists because the right people shouldn't have to already be winning to afford what changes the game.

The founding cohort price

"The founding cohort is priced at $6,000. This will not be the price of the second cohort."

The Airaea Leadership Academy will be priced at $30,000 when it opens to a broader cohort. The Builder Cohort is the entry point into that ecosystem — same methodology, built for where you are right now, at $6,000. The price ladder goes up. The founding cohort is the only time you get in at the bottom.

You already made
the big investment.
This is the one
that makes it work.

You invested in the degree. You believed in what it would open. And now you're watching it not open the doors either of you expected.

$6,000 is not another tuition payment. It's the specific, targeted investment that gives your graduate what four years of college couldn't: something real they built, clarity on where they're going, and momentum already in motion.

Individual coaching with us is $2,500 a month. You're getting three months of that same standard, plus a cohort, an MVP, and a trajectory that changes what happens next. All for $6,000.

"We don't promise a job. We promise your graduate will stop feeling helpless and start leading their own career, with something real to show for it."

This is the $6,000 that makes the $200,000 pay off.

For Employers & Hiring Partners

Stop interviewing
candidates.
Start meeting builders.

Our graduates don't just talk about what they can do. They show up with something they built, a problem they solved, and proof they can execute from day one.

01
Early Access to Portfolios
Employer partners get first look at MVPs and portfolios before Demo Day. Before any other company does.
02
Real Problem Contribution
Submit a real problem your company faces. A student builds an MVP solution and you evaluate both the product and the person who built it.
03
Student Sponsorship
Sponsor a student's participation at $6,000, a fraction of a recruiting fee, and build a pipeline of pre-vetted, builder-minded talent.
04
Demo Day Invitation
Attend our week-12 Demo Day where every graduate presents their MVP live. Meet the whole cohort in one room.
The Employer Case
The average Bay Area recruiting fee is $15,000–$30,000 per hire. Sponsoring a student costs $6,000 and you get first look before anyone else does.

You're not just getting a candidate. You're getting someone who has been coached for 12 weeks on how to think like a founder, ship under pressure, and lead themselves through ambiguity. That's not something you can screen for on a resume.

Questions

The ones everyone
actually asks.

Why is this priced so far below your normal rate?+
It's not lower because it's less. It's lower because it's different. Because we built it to be. The cohort model lets us deliver the same methodology to a small group, which changes the economics without changing the standards. We also made a deliberate decision that the founding cohort should be accessible to people who are pre-income or early-income. That decision has an expiration date. This price reflects where we are: a founding cohort with something to prove. The second cohort will reflect what we've proven.
Do I need a technical background to build an MVP?+
No. The MVP doesn't have to be a software product. It can be a service, a tool, a content platform, a research product, or a consulting solution. What matters is that it solves a real problem and proves you can execute. We provide the problem bank. You choose what to build. Technical skills are an asset, not a requirement.
Will I get a job at the end of 12 weeks?+
We don't promise a job. No honest program should. What we promise is that you will have clarity on where you're going, something real you've built, and an active strategy already generating conversations. In our experience, when those three things are in place, the right opportunity follows. Ask yourself what another six months of the status quo is worth. That number is almost certainly higher than $6,000.
Can I do this while still enrolled in school?+
Yes, and we actively encourage it. Upcoming graduates are one of the three groups this was built for. The cohort starts June 9, right after graduation season, so the timing works naturally. Plan for 8-12 hours per week. One 90-minute live session, async community time, and the work required to hit your weekly milestone. Most students find this integrates well alongside a full course load. We'll discuss timing on your application call.
Can I do this while working full time?+
Yes. Early career professionals are one of the three segments this was built for. The weekly live session is your only fixed commitment. Everything else is flexible around your schedule. The 8-12 hour weekly estimate is real, but most of it is the work on your MVP, which you control the timing of. Several people in the program will be in your exact situation.
What does the admission process look like?+
You apply by email. We review within 48 hours. If there's potential fit, we schedule a brief 20-minute call. Not an interview. A conversation. We're evaluating alignment, coachability, and readiness. You're evaluating whether this is right for you. We only extend offers to people we genuinely believe will thrive here. We look for coachability over credentials every time.
Is there a refund or cancellation policy?+
If you're paying in installments, you're only ever one payment ahead, so your financial exposure is limited. If you need to withdraw before week 4, your first payment is non-refundable but you will not be charged further. After week 4, all payments made are final. We take the admissions process seriously to ensure this rarely happens. We only admit people we believe are genuinely ready.
Can a parent or employer sponsor a student?+
Yes, and we actively welcome it. Parents can reach out directly for a private 20-minute briefing call before any decision. Employers who want to sponsor a student's participation and receive early access to their portfolio and MVP can inquire about our employer partnership program. A sponsorship also includes an invitation to Demo Day.
