Who Can Apply?
To apply you must meet all of the following criteria:
Be 18 years of age or older
Commit to 4 -8 hours per week to event work and coaching
Agree to complete the 9-month program timeline and milestones
Have reliable internet access so you can participate in virtual planning calls and coaching sessions without interruption
What You’ll Do
Over 9 months, you will invest 4 - 8 hours per week designing and running leadership events end-to-end, driving attendance, and post-event engagement.
What You’ll Receive
Two one-hour executive coaching sessions each month to co-create your leadership roadmap, address challenges, and unlock new skills
Ownership of event design and execution from concept through debrief, with on-demand mentor support to refine strategy, navigate obstacles, and amplify your impact
Access to proven leadership frameworks and best-practice playbooks that accelerate your learning curve and guide high-impact decision making
A showcase portfolio of your work featuring event case studies, attendance metrics, and participant testimonials that demonstrate your leadership in action
How It Works
Quarterly cohorts:
We open applications for 1 - 2 spots each quarter
Application steps:
Step 1: Apply - Submit a brief interest form
Step 2: Align - If your application moves forward, join a 30-minute alignment call to confirm fit and mutual goals.
Step 3: Join - Upon acceptance you’re onboarded immediately.
Program phases:
Month 1: Kickoff and first event planning
Months 2–8: Execute one event every four weeks, with monthly progress reviews
Month 9: Final event debrief, portfolio completion, and next-step planning
