  • We don’t simulate leadership. You lead in real time with pressure, ambiguity, and outcomes that matter. There are no grades, no rankings, and no busy work.

  • Expect to commit 14 hours a week for 18 weeks. You’ll train across four pillars of leadership development: inner work, human leadership, real-world action, and systemic impact.

    This is not just about showing up. It’s about doing the deep personal work, leading in real environments, and being held to the standard your vision demands.
